What are the option do we have with the balance remaining with Benefitwallet ? How long can we keep the balance ? do we need to transfer that at some point ?

Health Savings Accounts in the U.S. are transferable by law so the complete cash balance belongs to you even if you leave the bank. You can google HSA and get a lot of information on it. And this is covered in BNYM documentation as well.
You should call the BNY HR number to confirm, because it may depend on how the money on the HSA was accumulated. Better not guess and get their confirmed guidance.
