Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Members

We need to treat the members with respect we need to answer the calls we need to acknowledge them! We need to not ask the people on the radio what do they need what do they want can you help them. I realized yes they can probably help them before management comes up but come on the inconsistencies s--- just saying without them we get no freaking paycheck! Everything pretty much going on with this new change s---s but you know what it is what it is so they say until we change it. Go to work do what you got to do are your paycheck be with your family and friends and live life.

Sometimes you have help the member via radio.. If it's a question you can just answer and have the person relay the answer to the member, they get the answer quickly. Especially if it’s something like a call coming from a member not in the store, member services wants to transfer a call to you about the price of something you know but you are helping with a team lift... just tell them the price and let them tell the member.

Hey 2ejo,
So, you're okay with dumping the work onto somebody else? If you think that way, I can do it too. What do you think the overall outcome will be? I want to think working together right now, as hard as it is, will help our Members more. How much time do you spend with a member? Tell us in minutes. If it takes your whole shift, you are not helping your coworkers. Balance Member service with Work Duties the best you can. If you give up on duties altogether, I wouldn't want you on my shift.

Members are not treating you like c-ap the company is. You will never finish your work so don't stress pass it on to the next guy and so on and so on..mx voices member experience is what we're graded on so give the member 100% of you attention and apologize for not getting the work done and clock out.

Members get what the associates get. No respect to employees=no respect to members. Leadership should take a class.

Give me more people and I can accommodate. Throw me to the wolves with nothing and you get what you get.
