We need to start cutting dead weight in management

Why keep VPs, Directors and Managers that are part of the reason things are so bad. If you keep doing the same thing you will get the same results. Come on new guy, get it in gear and start cutting dead weight. Don’t fall for their ideas. They didn’t work last time and won’t this time. If they have been there that long and haven’t fixed problems they are the problem.

It's a tough situation for anyone. There's very little or no expertise in anything. The only people left are the "don't move my cheese" types who'll be there till the bitter end because they know they can't go anywhere else. When your subject matter experts don't know squat, how do you come back from that? It's godd-mned pitiful. Who'd sign up to lead this sh-t show?

I figured they'd muddle through somehow but this situation is even more dire than I'd imaged!

Cut all DST management that have been there over 5 years. They are egotists and were hired because they dont mind treating good employees badly, in a failed effort to improve productivity. That thought process went out of style starting in 1964. But DST clung to it.....
