Was told yesterday marketing will have 1 salaried position focused on sif plus and credit out in field
Anything above the goal will have additional compensation
No marketing team lead or advantage coordinator positions are to opened or filled company wide
No one is displaced yet
But only a few clubs in my market were selected
This is only phase 1
More is coming
Was also told there is a member convenience lead opening and marketing cannot apply for it

The salaried Marketing position is a true statement. It is being tested in select clubs. All I know is only one club in our market will have the position for now.
What is member convenience ? Do you know what they will do? We just hired a new advantage Coordinator..what happens to him?
they moved our marketing team lead to the front...fast tracked her into being a MSS...what will happen to the remaining advantage coordinator position?
