I will only comment that the company that provides/manages Xerox’s 401K fund is also one of Xerox’s top 5 shareholders.

It's a fishing trip by a website that reportedly is run by 9 average Joe's looking out of the little guy, though good luck finding out any more than that. Just search the internet for 401K fee lawsuits and you will see that such suits are all the rage right now championed by a half-dozen or so law firms. of course, in the rare cases that the plaintiffs win, anywhere from 25% to 50% of the claim goes to the lawyers, not the plan participants. The GIS and Xerox 401K's are bland and behind the market average with respect to employer contributions (for a Tech powerhouse, LOL); but, that's not illegal.

My 401k is doing just fine. Sounds like a scam to me. Probably some disgruntled employee wanting to stir the pot, which I understandable given everything going on.
