Do other clubs pull freezer cooler associates to do carts now that its classified as fresh? Or is it only a 6385 thing? Because I was told fresh cant be pulled for carts, and I am the only person in fresh pulled.

Maybe you'll get more used to the taste of the front end experience. You might like it.
Right on, Man! Pitch in and it will be easier for everyone. That's the only way to make it work. I believe it, but from what I'm reading, a lot of people on this board are moaning and groaning instead.

Before the change, 90% of the time Electronics Associates were pulled for carts but it was okay, because our Cell Phone Associates would help cover Electronics area, watch for shrink, assist members, etc. Tire and Battery also stood up for the cause. Most of the time they were also used extensively for anything like furniture, called to the back to help load Gazebos... You get the picture. If the floor flowers couldn't lift more than ten pounds above their pretty little heads... call Electronics or Tire and Battery. Sometimes we even had a new person on the floor every now and then from 3:00 to 9:30. It didn't matter what area they were in, though. Team lifts became "will you" lifts. So the new guys kept quitting. I am personally glad to see the new change. Half the time the floor flowers just pulled one item forward every evening to make the shelves "look" full anyway. I guess I've said my peace, but the new swarm of associates will be held to a higher standard, and I hope they get paid more than the current lot. The exceptions are the deserving team members already doing a great job. I consider them friends, because they have worked hard through this time, changed their schedules, and worked overtime and past their schedules for the cause.
