As a compnay our "flex" associates are averaging 28-40 hrs a week and stores in my district still can't handle the work load. It has felt like Xmas all year due to this. I love it when district level managers visit , see the workload and make pretend like every store isn't in the same boat. But hey someone up high is a genius and has it all figured out that the way to make sales is by cutting our 12/hr associates.

Can anyone speak to why managers raises got pushed out 1 month to May, instead of getting it in April? And why raises were cut in half? I’m thinking they pushed raises out a month to make first quarter look better then it really was. Also, heard our raises are smaller due to “Parh to Growth “ pay outs! Anybody?
I have been flex for one year. Previously was part time nights for many many years, but got laid off in last years blood bath on part timers. I got called back. I work 20 hours almost every week, and she would be happy if I could do more. I do bops, fulfillment, do counts in jewelry, have presell goals, etc. there is just not enough help to cover these shifts and get all of the work done, plus sell.
We have flex that work 20+ plus hours a week...not all...but some.
Wait, hold on---are you trying to tell me that your flex's pick up shifts and answer their phones? Are you trying to tell me you don't regularly term them because they work zero hours in three months? I'm calling b---s--- on you.
I also forgot...you must do fullfillment, bops, contact your clients about new receipts, the never ending friends and family sale and on and on..
Dont you know that is your fault? You mean you cant help a customer find an outfit, do a return, answer a phone cal, recover your area all the same time. Oh and then saying " I will be with you shortly" knowing that you will be with them in 30 minutes.
