Very true take a position with no one to lead and guess what happens?
It's use to be that only a mo--n would want to take a management position. Now it's getting to where you can say the same thing for TL.
It's what the email that they sent out telling us to get bent
It's the reasoning given for changing the TL schedules after what was originally put in place. Unbelievable. It's like the exact opposite.
