Is anybody else getting frustrated with all of the extra responsibility and jobs being forced on us? It would be a different story if money was given.

If you think key carrying was the only thing they are adding to the Merch TL just wait.
Compensation is coming. They are just figuring out how much.
TL will eventually become the managers just lower pay and not salary. Same responsibilities.
Getting to be a joke
This is falling apart before it begins i have an idea lets get rid of some of these lazy assistant managers who hide in the office all day that should free up payroll to hire more floor associates.
This was a disaster before it even started. For everyone who thought how great it was going to be to have more people on days how do you feel now. Yes they need more people on the floor but they need to hire people not k--l the night crew. This ranks right up there with one of the stupidest things they have every did unless they plan on changing when we open and adding more people.
Or the new company motto "More for less"

It will be impossible to accomplish all that is expected of a crew from a TL with less people and hours than they had on overnight.
Throw in Club pickup orders and this will be a disaster.
Yes but even if they paid us more, it would still be too much work to do. I couldn't complete everything unless they gave me more people.
