We haven't had a morning meeting in about 2 months. And since our turnover rate is ridiculously high nobody even knows what a cheer is. Welcome to las vegas. Home of the no d--g-testing transient hub of America. Get 1 paycheck and move on
The cheer is so f---ing ridiculous and outdated like their profound digital. We can’t even do our jobs without equipment. Talk about working harder instead of smarter. Company going down fast morale at a all time low, people don’t give a sh-- anymore. We had people who would bend over backwards to protect and defend this company, now they’ll watch sh-- walk out the door. Clubs are the dirtiest that I’ve ever seen them. We still have a few who care, but not enough to make a difference.

Wal-Mart is so whack they have to pay people to do that cheer — id--ts — I cringe when I have to do that cheer, so demoralizing.

My dream is to find myself at home office doing the Sams cheer when along comes Doug, He will see me and be impressed with how well I can spell. My enthusiasm will overwhelm him and he will be moved to tears, The he will promote me to Walmart Cheerleader in chief. All around the company GMs will cower in fear when they hear I am in their market. If I show up at your facility and do not hear that cheer no matter the time I arrive heads will roll !
