Therefore the ebit shows less expense so by percentage the revenue number will only look better equating to a better debt to income ratio which boosts stock value

You are deceiving yourself if you believe a handful of people resigning together will make any impact. If Xerox was a startup with a small number of employees, sure. But no group of individuals are important enough to make any perceivable difference.
Nope. It won’t affect anything.
And the likelihood of enough people resigning at the same time to be noticeable by the stock market is slim-to-none. The market only responds to the numbers. The annuity business keeps it Forno looking too bad in any given quarter. And Visentin has warned the market that the existing business will be flat at best and that the new initiatives won’t kick in for two years (now 18 months)
Schemes to set back Icahn are a waste of time.
