Why does it take HCL so long to respond to an email? Their lack of response or resolving issues is very frustrating! Why would anyone want to continue working for them?! I'm resigning this week and they better not mess with my pay and vacation time owed to me. I heard from 3 former employees they got screwed out of their pay that is owed to them and they are still waiting to hear back from them. This is not acceptable HCL! Don't you realize we all talk to each other and know what's going on. Get your sh*t together and pay these people what they are owed and respond to emails!!!!

Please note that if an employer does not pay you for time worked, there may be a financial benefit to you to file a wage claim with your state. Contact your state division of wages or labor for details. In my state, if an employer does not pay rightful wages they owe the employee 2x the unpaid amount.
Its the same thing that happened when engineering was outsourced in 2011. Some folks where laid off from HCL via email. Pay was messed up, vacation time, etc.
Of course they are being shady! They had to pay out a ton of retention bonuses because people were fleeing this train wreck on a daily basis, so now they need to recoup that unexpected hit of expense elsewhere. 1 - hose people over on accrued vacation payouts when they leave. 2 - terminate managers and other employees making high salaries/ wages. 3 - move up the timeline of the 'waves' per the document that they mo--nically published about a month ago.

Tell them to file a complaint for unpaid wages under the FLSA, you may either go to the WHD, which may pursue a complaint on your behalf, or file your own lawsuit in court. Do not delay in contacting the WHD or your state agency to file a claim!
