Sounds like IBM Exec.'s know the stock will diving soon and maybe for an extended period of time and are trying to minimize their exposures.

Confused....Been here for more than 10 years. You may be able to buy stock in the 401k but it's a choice (a dumb one, but a choice). They've never done a match with it.
