Was told they are talking about all fresh leads closing on all weekends except when there rotation comes around. They are thinking leads should be there during the busiest part of the day and when they added the belt program this would be part of the deal down the line. If they are going to pay you more money they feel you owe it back to the company. Was told if you havent been trying to advance with the belt program that is your fault and you are probably not the right person in the position anyway. This does make sense when have you know the company to do anything positive for its employees without strings attached.

What belt program?? We have not had one of those in 7 months. Only got the run around on what happen to it.

Lol that is exactly why I do not want to participate In the belt program . They already expect so much . Can’t even image what they will throw in your face daily when you start receiving above your pay . They throw it in your face right now daily about the belt program and it has barely gotten off the ground . Lol
Belt program 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣its been two years now all they got too was Orange and then they took it all away lol waiting for em to bring us in and tell us it been canceled
