Sounds like Ford will be facing some age discrimination lawsuits...sad...welcome tier 2 mid to senior level management. ..probably at 65% pay and garbage health insurance. ..wouldn't surprise me if some aren't already posted as open looking for new hires. ..GM said they were still hiring when cutting. ..ridiculous

It's called IGP. In Grade Protection. Happened to my LL5
LL6 demotions here but only the +50 with 30 year guys
