How is that "putting people first" thing working out for us? What a joke we have become...

I don't know about everyone else's department but IT was never about 'People First.' The only ones that mattered it seemed like we're the Indians that were the majority of workers in IT (so much for hiring US workers). Dysfunctional management to say the least with most only caring hanging on and making others look bad until they could get over that 20 year threshold to get their severance.
