I really need to know as I need to get a break from these id--ts in UK that are more interested in propaganda than meeting the customers needs.

Middle management in Manchester must have had the same training as middle and senior management in Gateshead. We seem determined to get ourselves closed, why I don’t know ! I was told a few months back that senior senior management in Houston didn’t like us and wanted to reduce the footprint in UK so why do we have to volunteer it be us ? Think on lads and lasses.

From VP down to operations managers all take the total SMEG, what a change in 20 years but in particular the last 4-5 years, the standard of middle management put into positions they are totally incompetent of holding has been on the up and up. I wish I could name names

When you have incompetent people at the top making stupid decisions what do you expect? More stupid decisions, & them covering their butts!
It's so ironic that upper management & middle management implement VERP's then layoffs to finagle the book numbers of their incompetence. Do they realize that they are reducing the resources that bring in the revenue? If they wanted "effective" change they would start making the necessary changes at the top that continuously get us in these bad situations. What will they do? My guess is same ole ineffective decisions that continuously put us here, Let's see?
