All HR violations are ignored: harassment s-xual or age, rude comments, name calling, dating between management and CSA's, favortism, etc. The list is long. HR doesn't care. The victim will be run out of you complain or go up the ladder. They hire people who have no idea what correct behavior is because they didn't learn it at home and Lowe's didn't teach them. You are scorned if you disagree or speak up. I have worked at and known people at several stores and it is the same at each.
