Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Survey Scores

Whose smart idea was it to make a failed survey an 8 or below? That means you can get a 10 for yourself on a survey and get an 8 for Verizon satisfaction because of their experience with previous rep which you have no control over. If we are supposed to be using we and me language, why does the customer experience surveys get to separate me from the satisfaction of the company. Now when management is barking up your a-- about why you got an 8 instead of a 9, you can blame all the p-ss-d off customers with hum.

Anybody notice that when you take the employee survey that Verizon says a 7 is a passing, or accepted score......why the hell is that not the case for us!!!!

This whole survery system is a broken system...they never have your back if the customer gives you a low score even if the customer was abusive or things that were beyond your control like an outage or something. A system designed to fail you and they tell you, you should have gone above and beyond which is the polite way of telling you to "fck off VZ reps are the most abused in the industry and the business does not give a f---..if they can give multiple credits to its customers but can't overturn surveys for its employees tells you something

Assuming you are referring to NPS, you should know that it isn’t a Verizon construct. Many companies use this model to measure customer sat.

The company wants more people to do ispu, order online and set up at home, why should we care what upper management thinks of RIs? Who cares, you make it impossible for people in sales stores to get good scores , screw you hans and all your corporate yes men beneath you
