Management mad at us for working our schedule? What else is new? They take their anger out on us daily. Brush them off. When it comes to running the club, we could work circles around management. No contest.
Assistant Managers are the biggest waste of payroll in the company 10 hours a day sitting in the office is not work.
@1uu you're the id--t for taking a position that requires 10+ hour days. You better believe I'm walking out after 8 hours. I have a life that is more important than breaking my back for people who decided I deserve 2%. You and all managers are the chumps for letting them control your every move. Don't take it out on us. We were smart enough to see that position is not worth it.

Maybe see if you can schedule a bike ride with John Furner. Then again, he only schedules time for leaders of other companies rather than deal with the reality of the company hes supposed to he leading falling... He could care less about associates period.

I don't know about your club, it may be different. But the managers and team leads in southern Ohio, work hard.
Your full of sh-- managers work 10 to 14 hour days while your lazy a-- wha our after 8.
People are quitting everyday I go in and I'm right behind them , Let the Managers figure it out maybe they actually get off there butts and work instead of watching
