Microsoft Transformation vs IBM Transformation

So the CEO of Microsoft can transform the company in 3-4 years, grow revenue and margins, yet IBM,s long term CEO makes excuses every quarter. And spends billions on acquisitions that are not bearing growth. This is laughable the IBM Board allows this to happen.

IBM's antiquated board wont rock the boat, they just want to get paid off.

Microsoft's board would dump Ginni in a second and nobody would give it a second thought.
