31 years left with my pension started a better job plan to work another 7-10 years much happier! So shameful what happened to this company.

It's better out there than people imagine. When you're in the Xerox bubble, and all of your clients are cutting back too, you're not even aware that not every company deals with chronic IRIFs every quarter and that some companies even provide free coffee and still have a budget for an occasional lunch meeting. I didn't realize what a negative worldview Xerox was making me have. What a toll it takes on your mental health to believe that everyone has to take a 10% pay cut and deal with <2% increases. I'm making the same money, mostly because I didn't want to keep looking because I think I could have done better, but my benefits are literally thousands of dollars less in premiums and deductions. Xerox basically provides only catastrophic care for families. But hey the CEO got $23 million in bonuses. He did so much on his own to deserve that though. The workers in India and Guatemala where he sent all of our jobs are probably happy with the job he's doing.
