Why are people guessing, or even asking what GTS is??? GTS has been in place for years and if you are asking what it stands for, you don't work here.
Call it what you want, but the bottom line is how to do IT for less cost.
The tragedy of one's life is often not in our failure, but rather in our complacency, not in our doing too much, but rather in our doing too little, not in our living above our ability, but rather in our living below our capacities. Safety and comfort too often breeds complacency, and that's never a good place to be working from. Put yourself in uncomfortable situations, as complacency is the enemy, a state of mind that exists only in retrospective. It has to be shattered before being ascertained. Don't turn a safety net into a hammock that lulls an able-bodied people into complacent dependence, as that complacency is the kiss of death.
It's good to have a shake-up, a re-birth. Glad to be part of it. It's been too long since there's been real excitement around here. Rather than fear it, embrace it. What is the logic of living in dread of the light of day finally illuminating who and what brings real customer value?
