Kind of strange, but after my store shrunk down in space we’re doing a lot worse than we used to do, even though, we’re reasonably stocked and the people are not working in such a horrible atmosphere anymore. It seems that the few customers that we have don’t consider us to be the real Sears anymore (and they’re probably right) Any other store facing similar issues?

Maybe the stores should see a therapist instead of a shrink!
After today's news, it will only get worse from here.
Yup. Sears and Kmart are done. Accept it and move on people.
What has changed for you to say that you don't work in a horrible atmosphere anymore?
Most people think Sears no longer exists after the months of nonstop headline bankruptcy coverage because we don't advertise they're none the wiser.
Nope. Since the bk we are busy every day.
