Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

I have something to say to Marvin

But I can’t. He is insulated. He is removed from care about my concerns. He doesn’t have time.

So I talk to my manager. Who talks to her manager. Who talks to his manager. Who talks to the VP over our region. Who talks to his boss. Who talks to joe McFarland, who tells Marvin it’s all good.

Then I see the VP forced to retire. The DM gets mad. The manager of the manager of the manager I spoke too is demoted. The manager of the manager I spoke to wants to here nothing more. The manager I spoke to just quit in frustration. I’m looking for work elsewhere.

Problem I tried to address?

I wanted to know if we could allocate hours of payroll to visible customer clusters, instead of relying solely on the new computer program.

Guess not.

Yes communicate directly to them , that way it will be so much easier to can the unbelievers, and thus cauterize the infection before it spreads . Pissin in in the wind is all your doing. Go on your own terms,
