Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

How does Oracle plan to survive while it’s stagnating?

You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure out that, in today’s economy, growth is the only indication that the company business is healthy and that it is in no danger of collapsing. I haven't seen any grot at oracle for a fair amount of time. What’s the deal with that? Are we really out of any potential or do the leaders don't care whether the company lives or tumbles down?

there is alot of deadweight. If Oracle cut 50% of workforce, it would do alot better than it is now.

Oracle as represented by the two CEOs and grandpa LE, has no plant to survive, on the contrary the company is being liquidated. Look at the $72 BILLION they have spend on share buybacks! All the experienced people they’re laying off and replacing with inexperienced ones, and the total lack of investment. Heck, Oracle doesn’t even have a competence CTO. No future here, heading straight for the corporate graveyard.

There are no leaders @oracle, no one can step up and do anything without the 3 stooges approval. They only care about propping up the stock with buy backs and invisible cloud revenue. No innovation, no new products, nothing will change until the BOD replaces them - that won't happen. No changes until the stock tanks, the company is sold off or one/all of them leave.
