I Commit to not backstabbing my fellow managers when I don't get the big bonus.
I COMMIT to laughing at Union Pacific for the foreseeable future.
It is simply a re-labeling of the same old vomit the UP has been spewing for years.
Blah blah blah. They went from “failures” to “coaching to improve”. “It’s not a failure it’s just a coaching.” Now there’s going to be something called COMMIT? The only clowns impressed by the change in nomenclature reside in 68179.
COMMITED to the looney bin. Good job getting rid of FTX though it’s such a waste of time. I know how to do my job without Lance Fritz’s crocodile tears.
It’s not cryptic, ftx is going away that’s what it’s going to be called now.
COMMIT to: more layoffs, no leadership, no vision, lack of ethics, low morale, more people quitting, and more stories about UP employees saving cats stuck in trees.

So tired of these cryptic messages that have no substance or definitive evidence to back them. Who are you? What is happening June 1st? What messages should we expect to see? If this is another round of cuts, what departments are getting cut and what facilities will be effected?
