We get these frequently these days. Sometimes, with a fond goodbye for a person that gave notice. Other times, with no explanation of who “left”, just a reorganization of their people. It seems that we are losing leadership, through layoffs and people just quitting.
In any case, we are continually reorganizing our reorganization, with no end in sight. Trying to make sense of chaos? That could be hopeless...
