What are safest orgs/teams in Oracle to work for? With no politics, bullying, b---s--- and layoffs.

The database organisation as whole. But it is not the best place to work at. Very old codebase, loads of politics as it is a very very old organisation. Some very bright people if you happen to be in the right team and loads of freeloaders if you happen to endup in the wrong corner.
Legal team is safest place to be.
