There's talk of upcoming cuts to management across the system, especially transportation. Also heard MoW is planning to cut managers.

Where I work in the Los Angeles Basin. The racist director is desperately trying to cut every single job possible to save his own a--! The coward will look you in the face and smile, while simultaneously puttying pressure on the gutless management team to cut jobs more and more with no justification! I understand metrics, measurements, making a profit, why cut from the workforce that is moving freight and adding value to the company and shareholder? What value does a director add moving freight and driving profits up? He or she is only another level of pointless fat in the system! Only good for ftxing, to what greater good? How does that add value to operations?
I've never understood the purpose of a DRO.
There's a lot of pointless redundancy and overlap in management roles that well-executed cuts would fix. At the same time I don't want to see anyone lose their job.
