Laid off after 26 years of hard back breaking work in favor of temps. Unbelievable!!! Deans rather have temps then paying top dollar for vets.

Dean’s has been laying off people and asking everyone else to do more with less for years. The plants have been bandaided to the point I’m not sure even Suputo wants them. The stock has tumbled from like$25 to $1.11 today. It’s like cutting off your nose to spite your face. If you are still hanging on it might not be a bad idea to look around.
So, let me get this straight. You just got laid off and you are telling everyone to get out now. You have to realize you are just an expense on the bottom line of Deans. You ARE replaceable, and a temp making less money, is necessary for Deans to get back on track. Once Deans gets its act back together they may want you back. That's only if they think you were really that good as you "think" you are. Good luck.
