Unfortunately the ones that can make a change are the ones being let go!
And this should be the best indicator to everybody on how much is being invested in this company's future. Nothing. I don't think they're even trying to hide it anymore - they are cutting costs any way they can not thinking about the future because they don't expect there to be a future. They just want to make sure they receive their bonuses and pad their pockets as much as they can before they head out and leave ruin in their way.
So for those who believe there is a future here - just consider what was written here. And then reconsider your stance.
