Two-thirds of PSE was cut in 2018. There would have been more however government contracts required some of work to be done in States. Using that as a guideline, when the dust settles you may see only a small portion of jobs remaining in the states. I’ve heard the goal is to move everything that can be moved out of the U.S. over that next several years. Hiring now in U.S. only when the job must be done there. Writing is on the wall and I’m not sure why anyone under 40 is still hanging on thinking it is going to get better.
