could it be that the mo ron mgr they have running 3rd has him loaned out to another location? who is a.d. and why are his initials on everything in accident damage? that big crane has to be taken out of service until they put brakes on it...... I could go on and on with stupid c-ap that has came from that guy but I won't. I bet he had a better way to utilize the 9 rail guy smdh. yup I'd say we have a few lazy bums, but they have some of those everywhere. most people that go get out of site are doing so because of lack of work which in most cases is from p?>s poor planning.

Majority of the guys at jenks work harder to hide and get out of work than just doing their job. Hell on 3rd shift I can’t ever find the person supposed to be working 9 rail.

I agree that we do have alot of lazy people. It's not so much the union as it's the company and the people. I'm all union and I work hard. I take alot of PRIDE in my work. The company and the workers are to blame. I believe in 8 hours of work with a lunch. I'll take a break when I need to but I am not out to screw the company. Yes contract work is happening, but as the union we can only do soo much. Instead of doing one short pack on a GE do 2. Have pride in your workmanship.

Agreements mean nothing to up!

If you cannot read the writing on the wall

Your kidding yourself. They are going to contract out more work as soon as they get t

Non union contractors to do the work! Look how much work we have already lost! Thanks for our lazy unions. They are no help anymore!

Jenks wont be shut down. 1. That is our only overhaul shop. 2. There's an agreement in place from the MoPac days. 3. If anything, Jenks could be a 1 or 2 shift shop depending upon the CRAFTSMANSHIP that comes out. There is no reason for a locomotive to come out of OVERHAUL down to the Ramp for further inspection or repairs. In the last 4 months we have seen units with fuel filter issues and its because people DO NOT want to do their job. Take PRIDE and PROFESSIONALISM in your job. Stop b--ching about trying to get out of working and show the company that WE ARE THE BEST.
