Can someone share the retention bonus agreement document - I'd like to use it as a sample.
I know it's sensitive you can remove names, dates, any values, etc. I just need a good doc that I can use for a template on a project I am working on right now.

They actually offered me what I think is a huge retention bonus. I took it knowing I do little work, plus I work remotely. Funny thing about all this is that for the last 8 months I also have been working as a contractor. So I’m technically working 2 jobs, but the Molina work is so little I can easily do both.

I suspect this is a sensitive topic for a handful of people. Be careful here friend. Not many received a retention bonus agreement and fewer still actually qualified for it. Good luck!
