Every Senior at our shop was once in a craft. Rules first knowledge second.
They're out there and unfortunately they have turned their backs on the crafts and forgotten their place. Brainwashed into thinking they are valued by their superiors. Their glass house is going to come crashing down once the cuts happen to supervision and I think everyone but them look forward to it.
Where are these seniors that you speak of that actually worked a craft?
I sure hope those company brainwashed, half wit worthless, Sr. General Foremans get sent right back to their tools if they're able. Chumps who think they've made it somewhere in life getting kicked back down the gutter to their craft spots. Hopefully sooner than later they can reap what they've sowed. Karma happens and it happens to the worst of them. Worthless positions, paid for nothing.
Heard half of all Sr. Gen Forman across the system are gone.
