Yup, constant in-fighting, bickering back and forth, back-stabbing, setting up colleagues to look bad, dirty looks, jealousy, game playing . . . .this is not a description of junior level staff members! This is the daily behavior of our senior managers, mostly NYC based. (Think one / two levels below Chuck and he's included in the games as well). CSD for sure and others as well. Many reports of this and witnessing directly by us working in NYC. This is how our company is run these days . . .

Give some names people and I will ensure they are staff actioned.
This is exactly what happens when a company like ours is run using Hunger Games style rules. Together we stand, divided we fall. Let’s push forward all of the positive and good things and have the courage to remind those conducting business poorly that they are heading towards being irreverent. They may be our management team, but that does not mean they are smarter or carry a higher sense of business acumen.
If there is fighting going on they should be fired. Years ago I saw two associates get fired for verbal fighting. Last thing we need here is fighting.
do you hear that mm?
