No idea what Vertizon 2.0 is or what Verizon 2.0 is. What I do know is the company in their heart of hearts believes the wireline C.O. works the same way as the wireless C.O.
It does not. The two will never be sucessfully merged until Verizon off loads the field facilities (dial tone) and use their offices for fiber/wireless transport.
