Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

MX voices/ today’s subject

Fellow associates,

Our bonuses are partly based on MX voices. More than half of the red upside down faces are directed at home office. How can we control those horrible surveys? We do not have any control over members venting about home office. Our location had a horrible survey,but did not shop at our club.

The MX voices are inaccurate and not reliable.

Our local Sam’s Club in Tuscaloosa, AL is no longer stocking some items we have purchased for years (ie Black Diamond soft cheese), cleaning products (Shout-it-Out, Scrubbing Bubbles, liquid Cascade, 360 Swiffer dusters), canned asparagus, Low-fat DelMonte canned peaches and pears...the list goes on. I know the local employees have no control over what is stocked. Not sure how or who determines what is stocked, but are you listening to your members? I have filled out surveys; I have talked with store managers who tell me they have no control over what is stocked or removed from stock. I am not alone in my discontent. Several long time members have dropped their membership. This I know: if Sam’s doesn’t do better in listening to their members, we will not renew again. We’ve been members of Sam’s Club for over 30 years.

I often wondered whats to stop home office people leaving poor feedback to reduce bonuses or eliminate those they do not like.

Only thing about MX Voice that affects hourlys is the overall satisfaction with associates. They csn bash HO or the club all they want. As long as that score is high is all you have to worry about. Stop spreading rumors and false facts

Totally agree.. most of our red are complaints about what we don't carry and how they can get something cheaper elsewhere and the issues they have with online orders.. all of these we as associates cannot control but it is held against us and keeping us from getting that percent off the bonuses

They have always been unreliable. They don't care. Just gives the market managers and regionals something to open their pie holes about. We've had great scores and hear nothing. We get sad faces, like it's a 5 year old's program, and you get berated first chance they get. Half the time, the market managers are speaking to you about another clubs issue. Program needs to go away
