Report the lesser known B1 abuse, time to do what’s right!

Even though outsourcing is completely legal and understandable, certain Orgs and BUs and its leaders never follow the code of conduct and has affected the culture and ethics of this organisation.

Doing work in a B1 visa is illegal, but this where it all starts. The junior and mid-level engineers from Bangalore come to SJC/RTP centres for “Business visit” or “Training” which spans over few weeks.

But they deliver project milestones from our land and show-off these “achievements”.

Mangers and Directors from their country later meet our SVP/VP, tout their capabilities and take away our jobs.

All these could have been avoided if we had acted right and reported the B1 fraud.

Search your Inbox for these milestone update mails from B1 visitors.

Collect the mails and anonymous message to our Government. Let the law check the timelines and author of mails to determine the extent of abuse.

How I wish native Americans strictly enforced immigration rules back in the day and built a wall before the Europeans arrived. We wouldn't have all these kind of problems like "B1 abuse".
