-People bicker, set each other up. Expect jobs for life. The employees are low caliber and cannot get work elsewhere.
-The management is inefficient, operates with hubris. This place has the biggest scumbags on the planet in the senior management levels.
-They brought in a CIO who has multi- year guarantees of $20 million plus in compensation. I think the guarantees hold regardless of her success.
-They have now brought in overpaid external sources with guarantees. Laid off Goldman folks and BoA folks - they operate in cliques with a holier than thou attitude.
-Heavy on admins, who work to collect benefits.
