We started Daystocking.

Well here in Jacksonville Florida, we started day stocking .

I work 3-11:30pm , we are only responsible for hardlines stocking . Ok here is our nightly schedule:

3-6pm- stock paper, cooler and water soda.

6-8:30pm - zone store

8:30-1130pm - we stock headlines and appliances.

Customers don’t really bother you .. but of course I had one d--gged up customer talk to management about me because .. I was stocking , stopped listened to his question.... moved my pallet to the side and went to help him.. but he thought I was ignoring him. So I helped the people that was with him. Lol

How many aisles and associates are being used to stock paper goods. How many times are you stopped for member services. Wait until you have to stop what you’re doing to drop for members

I hope someone gets seriously hurt with day stock. Yeah that will show them to mess with our night shift. A few kids hit by forklift or old people. Sure be funny.

Yes we get two 15 min and one 30 min , breaks have to be done by 9pm .

Our manager just got promoted to manager this week.

Everything is confusing .. but at least we are not stocking the whole store.

Our SM said he did want to see us talking .. we work. He also said he doesn’t want to talk to us about being slow..

dude customers are in the way.. brings out full pallets of paper and having to stop and let people shop and talk..

at lunch I was looking at temp agencies lol.

I have not worked days in 10 years.

Don't you get a break or lunch?

Yep all the member complaints and accidents will add up. They will back track on this whole thing just like they do on everything else.
