no where in the job description does it say Cart Attendant !!! the cm is making up their own policy rules cause they don’t want to train anyone and a ton of people quit who will replace them we literally will have no more door greeters and no one working the desk and no one at self checkout how will they keep people walking out the door without paying plus they schedule me over my availability I didn’t sign anything or change my previous availability like they wanted how can they do this !!! It would be better for them to lay me off since they eliminated my position they also made it so I can’t go into workday and change my career preferences I literally had to apply for a job that probably doesn’t exist and I still work there they waited to last minute to let me know about the change not enough time either or notice to go look for another job and they refuse to make me full time when there is sure is availability for it I’ve been part time a year plus during the holiday months I worked full time hours where can you find the policy that if they give u full time hours 12 weeks they have to make u full time since they give me nothing in writing and obviously open door doesn’t work what can I do I wanted full time work and have the availability to do so but my circumstances changed so I just decided to keep working part time they forced all the door greeters to quit where on the wire or in the job description does it say member support will be a cart attendant?

Member support is door greeters and membership combined, member assist is lot and club pick up
Its carts and Club pick up.
managers can literally do anything until stopped by MM or HO. Since we can not be with them as they enter info in the computer and info like job codes is hidden from us , If they want they could code you as a backroom person and tell you you are on carts. The ONLY defense or hope we have is the ethics dept. And even then if management is not ting you up in the basement or stealing directly from the company there is little that will be done there either.
