Anyone who has worked in several BUs, which are the best/worst in terms of work-life balance?

Fair question. WLB is not just about how many hours you do or reduced output. It's about "so long as you get the work done and meet your targets". It's also about flexibility to work from home, or adjusting start and finish time to fit in family commitments (school drop off or pickup).
Being results oriented instead of being measured by sitting at your desk the most hours is the path to a productive workforce, and away from a bunch of time card punchers who do f*** all.
No such thing in America. Even asking is perceived as slacking. You need to eat, breathe, and sleep your job responsibilities. But not 8 hours. You get 4 hours for sleep.
This is a question that only a slacker would ask. What the heck is Work/life balance? You mean what BU has more free time for you to live your personal life and still pretend like you are employed to get a paycheck? You're not doing that now at your location? I can't imagine that they expect you to show up for a full workday everyday and provide a full day of service for you paycheck! My the humanity! LMAO!

Heard SASBU onshore Malongo can be pretty good for rotators from WLB perspective. Only downside is the malaria pills.
Depends on your assignment. If if your day to day responsibility is dependent on whether your boss will be in, I would say you have it cush. If your role is tied directly to CAPEX/opex expenditure, then expect to pull your weight.
