If you do tell the truth and if you are lucky enough to not have your comment pulled, someone is always belittling you for your feedback. Whoever does this is trying to make honest people sharing concerns feel like they are stupid. It is the bully who is always putting people down that is stupid. Everyone needs to listen and try to see all sides despite whether it has been experienced at your store. Just because someone is treated poorly or has had bad experiences doesn't mean they are poor employees or that they deserve the treatment, etc. Compassion and listening is important because some of these people have good insight into things that should be looked at to make Lowes better. yes, there are some people being sarcastic and id--tic. Yes, Lowe's has gone downhill fast under Marvin's management and the time reporting system is an example of a massive failure that is abusive to employees and having a negative effect on employees plus customers in stores in Florida.

@drj, here is the definition of PII - any data that could potentially be used to identify a particular person. So if you say “the manager of the store” and name the store, that do you think it would happen to your post?
Here is thought, think it may be applied to all social media, not just this site - make your posts kosher and they won’t get nuked.
Every respectable company closely monitors news and social media sites, and they’ll do their best to look good (cause It’s their job), but I seriously doubt posts here get taken down because of the company, just because I know how sloppy our management is. More likely the web admins nuke them themselves cause they want a clean site.
But even if I’m wrong, and they do monitor this site, all they can do is contact the website to take down the post if the post contains something that violates the laws or the website rules, just like anyone else can.
Gotta know how to use forums like this to your own advantage, and that’s not by using foul language or making posts that contain slander or personal info.
I've had many posts removed over and over again, not for using foul language, or mentioning people by names or store numbers, or being crude. Simply put, just for telling the truth about what is happening in my store. Truth hurts and Carvin Marvin and his crew can't take it and continue to suppress the truths.
Lowe’s probably has more management monitoring this site than working in some of their stores.
yeah...its like they do.... actually its been confirmed they closely monitor all social media sites. only need to do that when your conscience is guilty.....
...probably cheaper to get sites like this to pull content than it is to put that kind of money and effort into your stores or fixing your systems.
but theyre doing exactly what all big corporations and tech firms are doing. when you dont like the narrative, just make it disappear. eventually the masses will just accept the new reality as they will individually feel like theyre the only one that feels/believes/thinks a certain way.
