I keep hearing managers say how well they took care of separated employees. How much was the severance? What about 5 year, 10 year, 15 year etc employees?

I’m not a troll. I know HR online has the info but I didn’t know if they followed it for SRD. Like I said our managers keep saying how wonderful they were to those who were cut but don’t think 2 months pay for less than 6 years is that great.

I was there for 17 years and I’ll get 7 months pay as severance. 20 years and above gets 9 months pay. I believe 5 years and below gets three months. Personally I don’t feel well cared for! They keep sending me bills for things and I’m concerned about how many “deductions” they may take from my severance.
