The rollout for work day was so rushed with glitches, I'm sure alot of clubs are understaffed.
When you open a new requisition, it seems like candidates will show up in anybody's inbox be it a manager or lead. If the communication isn't good between leadership or someone doesn't look in their inbox, it could cause alot of problems.
Am I wrong or right? Anybody have insight into this workday for new hires? And internals too for that matter?
Workday has no clue.. they mess everything up.. can’t ever talk to anyone.. no one there knows anything
I don't miss workday at all. When they rolled it out they did it with little to none training. They relied on the ptc to learn and teach others. Training would have sure helped. Forget about calling support most of time you couldn't hear what they said I'm guessing cheap headsets they were using. Forget about calling home office they never called back or answered your emails. No help no support and no training.
As a former PTC I want to ask managers “miss me yet motherfu|<ers”
There is a Club Communication that added to the process to assist in moving forward.
Workday is a joke.... whoever they conned at home office to use their services, I got a bag of air I'd like to sell you at a bargain price!
There are a bunch of conference calls all this week about Workday. Maybe by Friday some new plan will be in place.
ITS COMPLETELY GLITCHED OUT I can’t even go in the wire and change my career preferences it’s as almost as I’m no longer working there as I was able to go on workday and apply for a job which should not been able to happen they try telling me they have no full time positions when on workday there is more then enough especially with the onslaught of people quiting sad but true :( Can’t you give your part timers a chance to fill a full time slot ?
