Is this position going to continue to exist? And is it going to block scheduling too? With the GCCM being so tied up with other work, SOMEBODY should be given an opportunity to go after issues in shrink.

We cut front end in half for self check out registers, gave the members scan and go, and drastically slowed down the exit door lines with the new receipt check on top of the massive staffing needs on the floor for theft deterrence.

We need AP, especially in high risk clubs.

I am obliviously to tired to have written the post, sorry about the extra g and it should be on and on not no and no. These 4 to 2 and 1:30 to 11:30 shifts in the same week are kicking my backside. I am truly sorry to the grammar police out there for my errors.

Evident we are all former APM’s, it is just like when we were offered the job of AP and Grocery including Backroom; we were given another; one and one half managers job and told to take the GCCM position or there was the door. They have lost their minds at HO, AP’s are going. around covering g other managers jobs because the other managers have no clue about compliance, Gas Station, Click n pull, missing cash rewards, audits, I could go no and no. It is not if but when a club gets caught then a huge fine, then and only then, will AP ever be a thought to bring back to the clubs.
