It is amazing how management is ignoring the anger and resentment Reliability is causing, and corporate probably does not give a sh–. Perhaps they will become enlightened when massive lawsuits hit the fan.

Plain and simple just walk away when it’s time to go!They made this mess let the managers run their but’s off covering an area . You should not have to tolerate such inexcusable policies run as fast as you can!
Oh boy. Mine is going to look like a s-@t show when i can finally see it because i have had to stay between 15-45 mins on average most days since this rolled out. Week of visit i was forced to stay 2 hrs late each day just to finish a couple floor sets i was doing alone while servicing guests. I never thought about being penalized with this. I just stayed until i was finished.
What a mess! You can't work your exact schedule since too many call outs and never enough closers! Managers always asking you to stay til close even if you open. A JOKE! People already in the red and now we have to answer for every clock that differs. BS
Management doesnt care about their employees...only how many credits they have opened. Just as long as you open credits...even if you do it dishonestly...you can be late every day and you will be fine.
No! But I'm just a 12 hour grunt, and I don't give a f**k.
It was posted in our store but was never discussed in our meetings. On insite there is a better explanation under " Reliability" than what was posted. I actually think management hasnt a clue regarding this.
