They are destroying a good company with this block scheduling, reduction of key positions and a heavier workload for the COS's and managers. Two of our managers have already left and the two replacements won't last since they are overwhelmed already. How many young people, people with spouses or just anyone wants to work until 11:30 PM or get up at 3 AM or earlier to be at Sam's by 4 AM?
If they wanted to work that kind of shift they would be working at a factory for Union wages. That is what many of our staff are doing and there are several companies like that in town that are currently hiring. I was planning on working a couple of more years either full or part time but I can't be on my feet all day walking around that massive building. SO, see ya!
